Active-passive trainer
LGT-5100D is an advanced rehab exercise bike for the active and passive movement of the upper and lower limbs. It supports neurological and mobility conditions and can be used while seated in a wheelchair. Unlike traditional stationary bikes, this trainer can help patients exercise according to strength and endurance, with four training modes and spasticity control. A child / paediatric configuration is also offered as model LGT-5100DC.
Modes: Passive training, constant speed, assisted training, and active training — plus spasm recognition.
Active-passive training
For patients with reduced muscle force to improve strength and range of motion. Full control of cycling speed, rotations, and load.
Assistive training
Helps patients with little muscle force complete cycling to strengthen muscles and improve coordination.
Symmetry training
Screen shows left and right limb levels so you can balance effort and coordination.
Isokinetic training
Patient pedals actively at constant speed with varying resistance.
Optional wheelchair fixation kits
Secure the wheelchair for safe, comfortable training.
Hand straps
Support weak arms and reduce slipping.
Optional calf support
Stabilises feet on the pedals and supports ankle angle.
Spasm recognition
Identifies and relieves spasms quickly.
8 inch full-colour screen
270 degree rotation and intuitive interface.
Transport wheels
Move the trainer easily within the clinic or home.
Engaging software
Games and feedback to support adherence.
Software and feedback tools that support safe, measurable sessions for clinicians and clients.

Intelligent spasm setting, identification and protection system for safe training.

To achieve visualization training of left and right muscle strength, to guide bilateral balance of muscle strength, enhance coordination.

Enhance the fun of training and improve the initiative of users.

Speed, resistance, muscle tension and other training data are displayed and adjusted in real time.

Show users' training results and rehabilitation data immediately.
Rehab trainers are used across many settings for controlled, low-impact exercise. Common indications include:
Designed specifically to improve ankle strength, walking ability, and increase blood flow to the heart via the calf artery.
The AJC allows for combined plantar and dorsiflexion exercise, simulating the movement of walking and exercising a greater number of muscle groups than any other machine. This not only strengthens the ankle but also improves the flow of blood through the dorsalis pedis and posterior tibial arteries, increasing the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the foot.

Leg muscles provide an important pump action designed to recirculate blood to the heart; this is commonly referred to as the calf muscle pump or second heart. The knee then pumps blood into the upper leg where the thigh muscle pushes it further toward the groin and into the lungs and heart.
